NIC, Himachal Pradesh and HP Vidhan Sabha Secretariat has developed the "e Vidhan Application" Mobile App for the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly. Using this App, Members of Legislative Assembly can submit Assembly Questions and Notices during the Assembly Sessions. All the stakeholders can view the Assembly business and other related documents. The data once viewed, is also stored offline on the device and can be viewed later on even without internet connectivity. This app is bi-product of eVidhan Project developed by NIC, NICSI and HP Vidhan Sabha which is implemented in Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly. The app is available on the Play Store free of cost.

Permission used by this App:

The app uses the internet connection of user’s device to fetch and submit the data.

External Storage & Manage Document:

The app uses the external storage and manages document permission to manage access to documents, usually as part of a document picker, to upload the documents from the device while submitting Assembly notices. User is also able to download the documents from the app.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

The app captures the various Assembly Session related information from the designated Users. The Department will retain user provided data. The local app settings can be changed or removed by the user as per requirement.

Misuse by Non Targeted Users

Mobile App is meant for use by the targeted audience only. Misuse by non-targeted users should be prevented by owner of the mobile device.

Changes
